Following a September 2017 Court of International Trade judgment sustaining remand results, Commerce has amended the 19th administrative review of the AD order on fresh garlic from China, assigning Xinboda and four non-examined separate rate companies a dumping margin of $2.19/kg. The amended results affect Jinxiang Richfar, Qingdao Lianghe, Shandong Chenhe, and Weifang Hongqiao in addition to Xinboda.
