The Department of Commerce has reestablished the Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee (ETTAC) as of August 16, 2018, under the Jobs Through Trade Expansion Act and the Federal Advisory Committee Act. ETTAC advises the Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee on policies and programs to expand U.S. exports of environmental technologies, goods, and services.
