The NAFTA Secretariat completed and terminated the binational panel review of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review (2014-2015) on certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico, effective October 11, 2018. All participants, Commerce, Maquilacero S.A. de C.V., and Wheatland Tube, consented to termination under NAFTA Rules of Procedure Rule 71(2).
