Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Italian Pasta (2016), GR.A.M.M. Found Subsidized

The Department of Commerce completed the 2016 administrative review of the CVD order on pasta from Italy (case C-475-819), finding that mandatory respondent GR.A.M.M. S.r.l. received countervailable subsidies during the January 1-December 31, 2016 period of review. Final subsidy rates will be applied to GR.A.M.M.'s pasta exports to the United States.
