Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on Pasta from Italy and Turkey After Sunset Review

Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking AD and CVD orders on certain pasta from Italy and Turkey would likely lead to resumed dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to U.S. industry. The orders are therefore continued under case numbers A-475-818, C-475-819 (Italy) and A-489-805, C-489-806 (Turkey).
