Following a Court of International Trade ruling, Commerce has amended its final scope ruling to exclude certain zinc anchors imported by OMG, Inc. from the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on steel nails from Vietnam (A-552-818 / C-552-819). The CIT's judgment was found not in harmony with Commerce's original scope determination.
