Commerce Finalizes AD Review on Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products from Japan (2016-2017)
Commerce determined that certain hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan were sold at less than normal value during the March 2016-September 2017 review period under case A-588-874. Final dumping margins established in this review will set antidumping duty assessment rates for importers.
