Commerce Initiates AD Changed Circumstances Review, Nippon Steel as Successor to NSSMC (Japan HRS)

Commerce initiated a changed circumstances review of the AD order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan (A-588-874) following a request by Nippon Steel Corporation (NSC). Commerce preliminarily finds NSC is the successor-in-interest to NSSMC and will carry forward NSSMC's existing AD cash deposit rate.
