Commerce Initiates CVD Investigations on Wind Towers from Canada, Indonesia & Vietnam

The U.S. Department of Commerce initiated countervailing duty investigations (C-122-868, C-560-834, C-552-826) against utility scale wind towers from Canada, Indonesia, and Vietnam on August 6, 2019. The investigations will examine whether manufacturers in these countries received actionable government subsidies.
