AD Changed Circumstances Review, Nippon Steel Confirmed Successor to NSSMC for Hot-Rolled Steel

Commerce finalized its changed circumstances review (Case A-588-874), confirming Nippon Steel Corporation as successor-in-interest to Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation and that NSC, Nippon Nisshin, and NSTC constitute a single entity subject to the existing AD order. The successor entities will carry the same AD cash deposit rate as the predecessor NSSMC on hot-rolled steel flat products imported from Japan.
