Commerce Finds Dumping in Cold-Rolled Steel Flat Products from UK (POR 2017-2018)

Commerce finalized its administrative review (case A-412-824) covering September 2017-August 2018, determining that the subject UK producer/exporter sold cold-rolled steel flat products in the U.S. at less than normal value. Final antidumping duty rates will be assessed accordingly.
