Commerce Affirms AD Orders on Non-Oriented Electrical Steel from Six Countries After Sunset Review

Commerce concluded expedited first sunset reviews finding that revoking antidumping duty orders on non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The AD orders covering six case numbers (A-570-996, A-428-843, A-588-872, A-580-872, A-401-809, A-583-851) remain in effect.
