Commerce Maintains CVD Order on Non-Oriented Electrical Steel from Taiwan (C-583-852)

Commerce concluded an expedited five-year sunset review finding that revoking the CVD order on non-oriented electrical steel from Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The CVD order under case C-583-852 remains in effect.
