Commerce Affirms CVD Order on Lightweight Thermal Paper from China in Sunset Review

Commerce concluded that revoking the CVD order (C-570-921) on lightweight thermal paper from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The order remains in effect following this expedited second sunset review.
