Commerce Preliminary CVD Finding on Forged Steel Fittings from India (C-533-892)
The Department of Commerce issued a preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination finding that producers and exporters of forged steel fittings from India received countervailable subsidies during the January-December 2018 period of investigation. The final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion antidumping duty final determination.
