Commerce Assigns China-Wide AD Rate to All Reviewed Aluminum Extrusion Exporters (2018-2019)

Commerce concluded its 2018-2019 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on Chinese aluminum extrusions (A-570-967), finding all reviewed companies failed to establish separate-rate eligibility and are thus subject to the China-wide entity rate. No individual dumping margins were assigned, all respondents default to the elevated China-wide rate.
