Following a U.S. Court of International Trade remand decision, Commerce is amending dumping margins for Erdemir and Çolakoğlu and fully revoking the antidumping duty order against Çolakoğlu on hot-rolled steel flat products from Turkey (case A-489-826). Administrative reviews for 2017-18 and 2018-19 are discontinued in part with respect to Çolakoğlu.
