Commerce Preliminarily Finds CVD-Able Subsidies on Forged Steel Fluid End Blocks from India

The Department of Commerce issued a preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination finding that Indian producers and exporters of forged steel fluid end blocks received countervailable subsidies during the April 2018-March 2019 POI (case C-533-894). The final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion antidumping duty final determination.
