Commerce Preliminarily Finds Indian Forged Steel Fittings Dumped in US Market

The Department of Commerce issued a preliminary affirmative less-than-fair-value determination for forged steel fittings from India, covering the POI October 1, 2018-September 30, 2019 (case A-533-891). The final determination has been postponed and provisional measures extended pending further review.
