Commerce Upholds CVD Order on PC Strand from India in Sunset Review
Commerce found that revoking the countervailing duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from India (case C-533-829) would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The CVD order will therefore remain in effect.
