Commerce Finds Zero Dumping Margins for Vietnamese OCTG in 2017-2018 AD Review

Commerce finalized its antidumping administrative review (case A-552-817) for oil country tubular goods from Vietnam covering POR September 1, 2017-August 31, 2018, determining exporters did not sell below normal value. The zero-margin finding may affect future cash deposit rates for Vietnamese OCTG importers.
