Commerce Preliminary Affirmative CVD Determination, Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet from India

The Department of Commerce preliminarily found countervailable subsidies provided to Indian producers/exporters of common alloy aluminum sheet during the January-December 2019 investigation period (case C-533-896). A negative critical circumstances determination was also issued, the final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion antidumping final determination.
