Commerce Affirms AD Order on Chinese Citric Acid After Second Sunset Review

Commerce found that revoking the antidumping duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China (Case A-570-937) would likely cause continuation or recurrence of dumping. The AD order remains in effect following this second expedited sunset review.
