Commerce Affirms CVD Order on Chinese Citric Acid in Sunset Review (C-570-938)

Commerce found that revoking the countervailing duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The CVD order remains in effect following this expedited second five-year sunset review.
