Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on PET Film from India and Taiwan

Following a five-year sunset review, Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking AD/CVD orders on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India and the AD order from Taiwan would likely cause a recurrence of dumping, subsidies, and material injury to U.S. industry. The orders under case numbers A-533-824, A-583-837, and C-533-825 are hereby continued.
