Commerce Preliminary LTFV Finding, Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet from Turkey (A-489-839)

Commerce preliminarily determined that common alloy aluminum sheet from Turkey is being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, based on a January-December 2019 investigation period. A negative critical circumstances finding was also issued, final determination has been postponed with provisional measures extended.
