Commerce Issues Preliminary AD Finding on Mattresses from Malaysia (A-557-818)

The Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that mattresses from Malaysia are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the POI January 1-December 31, 2019. The final determination has been postponed and provisional measures extended, interested parties may submit comments.
