Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on Commodity Matchbooks from India
Following a five-year (sunset) review, Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking the AD and CVD orders on commodity matchbooks from India would likely cause continued dumping, subsidization, and material injury to U.S. industry. The orders under case numbers A-533-848 and C-533-849 will remain in effect.
