Commerce Finalizes AD Review on Citric Acid from Colombia (Sucroal S.A., 2018-2019)
Commerce confirmed that Sucroal S.A. sold citric acid and certain citrate salts in the U.S. at less than normal value during the January 2018-June 2019 review period. Final antidumping duty rates will be applied accordingly under AD order A-301-803.
