Commerce Final LTFV Determination, Forged Steel Fluid End Blocks from Germany (A-428-847)

Commerce determined that imports of forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany were sold in the US at less than fair value during the October 2018-September 2019 period of investigation. The final determination under case A-428-847 sets the stage for antidumping duty orders pending ITC injury findings.
