Commerce Final CVD, Forged Steel Fluid End Blocks from Germany (C-428-848)

Commerce issued a final affirmative countervailing duty determination finding that producers and exporters of forged steel fluid end blocks in Germany receive countervailable subsidies. Case C-428-848 will proceed to ITC for injury determination before duties are imposed.
