Commerce Finalizes AD Review on Low Melt Polyester Staple Fiber from South Korea (2018-2019)
Commerce determined that the sole Korean producer/exporter subject to case A-580-895 sold low melt polyester staple fiber in the U.S. at less than normal value during the February 2018-July 2019 review period. Final antidumping duty rates will be applied accordingly.
