Commerce Preliminary AD Review, Thai Steel Wire Strand (SIW), No Dumping Found for 2018

Commerce preliminarily determined that Siam Industrial Wire Co. (SIW) did not sell prestressed concrete steel wire strand in the U.S. at less than normal value during the January-December 2018 review period. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results under case A-549-820.
