Commerce completed expedited third sunset reviews of antidumping duty orders on carbazole violet pigment 23 (CVP-23) from India and China, finding revocation would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The AD orders under cases A-533-838 and A-570-892 will remain in place.
