Commerce Issues Final CVD Determination on Russian Phosphate Fertilizers

The Department of Commerce issued a final affirmative countervailing duty determination (case C-821-825) finding that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Russian producers and exporters of phosphate fertilizers. This determination paves the way for CVD orders imposing duties on covered imports.
