Commerce Issues Final CVD Determination on Moroccan Phosphate Fertilizers

The Department of Commerce made a final affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Moroccan producers and exporters of phosphate fertilizers (case C-714-001). This finding paves the way for the imposition of countervailing duty orders on imports of the subject merchandise.
