Commerce Issues Final Affirmative CVD Determination on Aluminum Sheet from Bahrain

The Department of Commerce made a final affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain (Case C-525-002). This finding advances the CVD proceeding and will inform ITC injury determination before any duty order is issued.
