Commerce Rescinds AD Review on Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products from Netherlands (2019-2020)
Commerce is rescinding the antidumping duty administrative review (case A-421-813) on certain hot-rolled steel flat products from the Netherlands for the POR October 1, 2019-September 30, 2020, following timely withdrawal of the review request. The existing AD order remains in place, only the annual review proceeding is terminated.
