Commerce Finalizes AD Review on PET Film from Taiwan (2018-2019), No Dumping Found

Commerce finalized the 2018-2019 administrative review of AD order A-583-837 on PET film from Taiwan, finding Nan Ya Plastics sold at no less than normal value and SMTC had no shipments during the review period. Both respondents face zero dumping margins as a result of these final determinations.
