Commerce Finalizes AD Review, POSCO Found Dumping Steel Wire Rod in U.S. Market (2017-2019)
The Department of Commerce concluded that POSCO sold carbon and alloy steel wire rod from South Korea below normal value during the October 2017-April 2019 review period under AD order A-580-891. Final dumping margins will be used to set antidumping duty cash deposit rates for future POSCO entries.
