Commerce Finds No Dumping by POSCO in Steel Cut-to-Length Plate AD Review (2018-2019)

The Department of Commerce concluded its administrative review of AD order A-580-887 on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from South Korea, covering May 2018-April 2019. POSCO/POSCO International was found to have not sold subject merchandise below normal value.
