Commerce Initiates CVD Investigation on Organic Soybean Meal from India (C-533-902)

The U.S. Department of Commerce has initiated a countervailing duty investigation (case C-533-902) into imports of organic soybean meal from India. The investigation will examine whether Indian government subsidies are providing unfair advantages to exporters of this product.
