Commerce Delays LTFV Preliminary Determinations, Granular PTFE Resin from India & Russia

The U.S. Department of Commerce is postponing preliminary determinations in less-than-fair-value investigations of granular polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin from India and Russia (cases A-533-899 and A-821-829). The delay extends the timeline before any provisional antidumping duties could be applied to imports of this fluoropolymer resin.
