AD/CVD Orders on Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 from India and China Continued

Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking AD orders on CVP-23 from India and China, and the CVD order on CVP-23 from India, would likely cause continued dumping, subsidization, and material injury to U.S. industry. The orders are formally continued under case numbers A-533-838, A-570-892, and C-533-839.
