Commerce Finds Zero Dumping Margins for Thai Citric Acid Producers in 2019-2020 Review

Commerce concluded that COFCO Biochemical (Thailand) and Sunshine Biotech International did not sell citric acid or citrate salts in the U.S. below normal value during the July 2019-June 2020 period of review. The final results under AD case A-549-833 effectively yield zero antidumping duty rates for both respondents.
