Commerce Finds Sucroal S.A. Dumped Citric Acid in U.S. During 2019-2020 POR

The Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that Colombian producer Sucroal S.A. sold citric acid and certain citrate salts in the United States below normal value during the July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020 review period under case A-301-803. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results before final determination.
