Following a CIT judgment sustaining Commerce's remand redetermination, Commerce has amended its anti-circumvention determination to find that certain radiata/agathis pine-faced plywood with TSCA/CARB certification is not circumventing AD/CVD orders (A-570-051, C-570-052). The merchandise is therefore excluded from the scope of the orders on hardwood plywood from China.
