Commerce Finds Zero Dumping on Vietnamese OCTG in AD Review (POR 2018-2019)

Commerce concluded its AD administrative review (A-552-817) and determined that Vietnamese OCTG exporters did not sell subject merchandise in the U.S. below normal value during September 1, 2018-August 31, 2019. The finding of no dumping effectively results in a zero duty rate for covered exporters for the review period.
