Commerce preliminarily finds that Kingtom Aluminio S.R.L., exporting from the Dominican Republic, shipped Chinese-origin merchandise and is ineligible for a separate rate under the NME methodology. All other reviewed companies failing to demonstrate separate-rate eligibility are assigned to the China-wide entity under AD case A-570-967.
