Commerce Finds Dumping in AD Review of Low Melt Polyester Staple Fiber from South Korea (2019-2020)
Commerce finalized its antidumping duty administrative review (case A-580-895) for the POR August 1, 2019-July 31, 2020, determining the sole Korean producer/exporter sold low melt polyester staple fiber below normal value. Antidumping duty assessments will be applied accordingly.
